Customized 05 M7

I have a 05 M7 162, that I have just decided to sell. It is very customized and in mint condition: Timbersled MT Tamer Rear Suspension, Timbersled Bark Buster Front Suspension, 2011 Style Seat, PowerClaw Track, BDX Rear Tunnel, New Primary, New 10.4" Secondary, New Belt, Telescoping Handlebars, Adjustable Fuel Pump, Fuel Pump Gauge, Water Temp Gauge, Outside Air Temp Gauge, Under-The-Hood Temperature Gauge, Ceramic Coated Stock Pipe and Can, Custom Air-Intake, New Snowflap, Snow Eliminator Running Boards, Skinz Handgaurds, Skinz Tunnel Bag, Holtz Relocation Bracket, Lower Geared Diamond Drive, Anti-Stab Rollers, Powder Pro Skiis, Attitude Fuel Controller, Cover and more.

I liked this sled so much that after taking a 2011 demo ride last year, I decided to put in a brand new engine. NOT a new top end, but an entire pre-assembled engine from Arctic Cat. This sled is very light (have not weighed it but estimate it to be in the low 400's dry weight) and very flick-able. The new engine has 500 miles on it. I have also rode the new 2012, and much prefer the M7. It side hills much better and is much more stable when turning on its side, and much better at righting itself on a downhill turn. I am giving up riding so I'm selling the sled.

I am asking $5500, it is worth much more then that. I will be posting pictures of it here tomorrow.

I also have a two place trailer for sell, $6000 for both the sled and trailer, after I sell the sled the trailer will be for sell for $800.

You commented on my thread cause i was looking for a modded m7. Very nice setup. Almost makes me want to buy it but im sure your to far away plus id rather do it to my own. I like the gauge setup. What are each of the gauges and if you dont mind me asking how much were they and what brand ? Also did you paint the pull cord handle ? Did you paint everything else or did you powder coat?

Edit: Also what the orange circuler thing behind the can by you coolant bottle and leg vents

Located in Bozeman, Mt.

Orange bag is a sleeping mat that self inflates, weighs less than a pound, very nice if you have to spend the night.

Gauges are: top left = air intake temp., bottom left = under the hood temp., top right = engine water temp., bottom left = fuel pressure, black gauge = EGTs. I partitioned off under the hood so that the air intake area is drawing cold outside air, so there is a gauge for each side of the partition. One for the air intake and one for the engine/heat side of the partition. I also opened up above-the-speedometer to let hot air excape, that area also works great to de-fog/de-ice your goggles while stopped. With this area opened up over heating and melting of plastic has been eliminated when in very deep over the bars snow. It is very nice to have the water temp. gauge rather then the just the water temp. warning light. That way as you drive on trails you can monitor your temp.

I don't remember the make of the gauges.

The orange handle is as Sprocket posted above.

Tbaxter, thanks for the PM. Sorry I didn't post my location, if you are still interested PM me again and I will give you a call.
