custom tunnel stiffener

I built a tunnel stiffener for my 12 pro last night. I wanted to show you the result and maybe inspire some of you guys. It's made of 1/8 aluminum plate and I used only basic tools (zip-cut, dremel, drill, hand riveter). Total cost is under 50$ (assuming you don't have to buy a complete aluminum plate)

Black touch up paint works pretty good too.

If you know anyone that has autocad they can draft that up and any laser or water jet company can cut you whatever you want.

That looks great for hand tools.
