Custom High Flow Intake Mod.

I originaly had a Timbersled intake but after noticing a large drop in power after sled got hot from under hood heat, Dumped the T/S intake and modded my box. Been riding with this mod since '08 and LOVE IT!!!
All you need is 1 package bulls eye vents and ultra black RTV to seal it.
What cant be seen in pictures is the foam, water resistant filter in front vent leading to new intake ports.
The power differance was very noticable and plugs stay a nice dark brown even with DYNOPORT pipe kit.

I decided this mod was essential after witnessing a DYNO run at DYNOPORT were the HP dropped 4.5 HP every time Rich simply closed the hood on the Fusion and still ran fat with hood open and box off. Then looking at the F-7 and its forced air intake, this design came to me. Many of my friends at HCS have also done this mod and are very happy with it. I would NOT recomend this with the SLP map.(too lean of a map) I would recomend it OVER the SLP map. works great(PROVEN)( with the DYNOPORT pipe set.
