Has anyone had a replacement cooler made for a 2006 RMK, which fills the factory rear cooler area, but also extends down the tunnel, and still stays between the factory seat mounting bolts? It needs to have the bend to match the tunnel as well.

Not sure if anybody built a about full length cooler but Fastrax does/did have a custom larger rear cooler for the 05-06 IQ chassis sleds.
Could the IQ-RAW tunnel cooler be fabricated/installed into an 06?
I put in a u cooler in my 06 600 took the old cooler out and covered the hole with a patch. Not sure about the seat as i went with the boss seat. But the one problem with this is you can not run the stock air box not enough room to fit after the hoses poke out the top. but it can be done i just bent it myself in a press to match the bend in the tunnel.
