Here are a few quotes from customers:

"I was guiding today in the mountains. Whoever says they don't improve flotation has obviously not really ridden in powder. Sure they hold a bit of snow, but that is drastically cancelled out. My snow build up was nothing to be concerned about. Because when your forward motion starts they most deffinately raise the sled. It's a hydro foil effect that is true and absolute! What I find equally amazing is that they flatten the snow going under the foot boards, almost completely. That is a MASSIVE benefit. I got stuck only once because of it being my first ride of the year, and I was sacked after helping my newbie get unstuck on a 154" summit with 2.25 inch paddles like 6 times. He landed in a tree well. I did hit the tip of a 14 foot tree poking out, that's a nice benefit of protection. That talk about snow build up is silly, because it's insane how much benefit I got from the full belly pan and the A arm protectors. The sleds front end literally rises as soon as you get over 10 MPH. I love them! They have been mountain tested in record snow depth. They passed with a straight A+! "

In 3 feet of fresh powder, you get a plowing effect, especially going down hill. That almost never happened today. The A arm protectors kept the front end higher when I was stopped, keeping me from trenching on take off. I was carving and counter steering so hard I was almost doing a pivotal 360! My sled was out performing 163" tracks. Mine is 146" with 2.5" lugs. We call them "sleds" but so much of the front end stock is not sled like. The A arm protectors, make it a sled. The full belly pan also helps. And eliminating foot board drag is really huge, also making it a sled.
