Custom 975

NICE, cool to see a down to a last bolt build up. Nice use of the wifes quilt to! Bet she appreciated that one! So why did you choose the 900 as the base sled? Unusual choice it seems.

Thanks Sako,

I went with the 900 because its the first and only sled I've owned. Love the power and torque it has and with a little TLC and some $ it can be just as enjoyable as any 800 out there. Sorry about the dirty garage, not mine. Im hoping to take it to a my family's shop next time im home from college. (im only 19 so its the mom that didn't appreciate the use of her quilt! lol)

Wicked start man!!!!! I have been there done that and when the powder coated parts are un-wrapped its a freakin fantastic feeling!!!! Makes me want to do it again...........!!!!!

Dont appologize for a dirty garage, a dirty garage is a garage that is being used. Clean garages are for retired, jobless, or rich people with too much time on thier hands!

Now I got to get back to cleaning the garage enough to make room for my wifes sled so I can rebuild one of those not so fun 800's!

dude that looks sweeet.....cant wait to see the finished product..

Yea this garage isn't the cleanest by far. Hoping next time I work on it I can take it to my family's shop and work on it in there. Its a lot more cleaner and organized lol

no im just a dumbass...on my comp it looked like carpet on my works crap computers...anyways good luck

Wow!!! somethin about blue and white on a sled that makes it good looking. Not much of a 900 fan, but sounds like you will have a monster!! will be looking forward to see the final!!1:beer;:beer; Have a buddy that did the blue and white on an 08 700, and the finished product looked great also. Will be waiting to see it on the snow.. Really like your choice of parts and motor fixer upper. If you have not had a chance to get on one of there monsters you will have a smile on your face all day long when riding it.. If your interested ask carl's about the cardon tech reeds for that sled, they might last better in that motor.

Just my two penny's
