Former Google people started it up. I found it awkward searching random

Tried specific too: Typed in Summersucks.ca, and got everything but that. Thought that was useless.

agreed. Tried it, seemed too broad and didn't give me what I wanted exactly, whereas Google gives it to me within the first 10 hits. Their results display isn't great either.

Useless having three times the breadth of search if you don't get anything close to what you want.

Tried Cuil earlier today after reading about it's debut in the paper. It was definitely a let down. The search results were not presented clearly and the first few links appeared to be connected to advertising websites. Not what I wanted to see at all.

Give it a few months, today was their first day. They can't exactly copy google's method of prioritizing data. They'll get better. I like to see competition, google's getting a little cocky.

I tried it a few times and it was ok, but they were having some problems being overloaded and search times took a long time. Some times they just errored out.
