I rode out of south fork Thursday 12/02 and ran into some guys that parked at Crystal. The field gate was open but not a lot of snow in the fields due to wind. We rode box canyon loop. It had plenty for trail running and okay for careful off trail ventures. I broke trail up the Scout Mountain road to the saddle where you can see down in to McCammon, no other tracks up there and it was the deepest we saw on the trip, about 2 feet with some big drifts on the lower trail. Not much base you can still dig to dirt pretty easy.
