Im going to longtrack a crossfire 1000 for a buddy and was wondering what size paddle will fit in that tunnel without hitting the gearbox, and what has to be done to go from a 121 to a 159" track, I cant remember if they had a cooler in the rear of the tunnel.

I put a 162x2.25 in mine. But it's a 06 so I don't have reverse. Are you going to change to a 3 pitch track or stay with a 2.52?

i have an 07 cf 8 put a 141 2.25 lug 3 pitch make sure if you have reverse to trim the track clips on the dd side. If you use same skid a must to put anti-stab wheels on learned the hard way.

hey how did it work for clearing your tunnel and coolers on that crossfire tuneel wit a 2.25???? thought it wouldt clear on those tunnels

I have plenty of room left, could go with a 2.5 if I wanted to. The front of the tunnel is the same on the cf as a m-series. When I extended my cf I left the stock front portion on and just changed the rear to a stock m 162 tunnel. I also used the drop brackets from a m-series. I could see a issue with the clearance if you used the stock cf brackets for that tall of a lug, but I know a 2" will clear just fine with the stock cf brackets.
