Crap! All the passes are closed!! Now greenwater Too!!

And We thought it was bad when Snoqualime Pass closed---they are all closed--This is crazy:face-icon-small-win

Greenwater will be busy today--after all Fordy and Gravy are headed there with the Poparazi:D

Looks like it will be out traffic from Greenwater as of Now.

Everyone is down at Greenwater right now riding from the west side--it is one BUSY place right now.

I talked to a buddy this morning that is at reecer creek and they were stuck on there sleds and 7 big trees dropped when they were trying to get there sleds out. he said he has never been so scared up there
 
So much for getting over to Chelan

I-90 was open when we departed around 7. Probably closed two minutes after I checked.

Got to North Bend, figured I'd give them the usual 1-2 hours and have breakfast. Nothing happening

Got report for Stevens... supposed to open at noon....mosey on over and and at 11am they change the estimate to 4pm....thought we would watch the dvd player and the DOT stops by and says 9am friday.....

220 miles and I'm back were we started......guess thats better than having trees dropping around ya......stay safe folks

Hope the folks at Canyon Creek/BearPaw stay safe.

Now the computer is hiccuping...
 
410 to greenwater closed also

Waited around in enumclaw for a few hours, 410 still closed, cant ride anywhere today. dang

WSDOT crews anticipate opening the pass in both directions at 8:00 p.m. Updated information will be provided as new information is received. // Mixed rain & snow

Greenwater opened up a couple hours ago--but FS70 is a mess--like 7 trees down on the road and a couple stuck trucks because of the downed trees--I guess we should carry chainsaws now too;)

whoa....thought you were pullin a fast one on us ...but you're right. Both the DOT website (8PM anticipated) and NW Cable News (sometime tonight) are reporting good news.

Think I'll get though the pass well before 7am tomorrow...in case it warms up and the DOT decides to close the pass again.
