Crank tolerence and head info HELP!!!

I have a 06 900 and was going to cut a head to run 12 to 1 ratio but the stock head has such a steep dome I cant figure out how to cut it myself was wondering if anybody has worked on there heads or what after market one works the best and I was wondering what is the crank tolerence I think my crank is twisted 18 to 20 thou anybody have any suggestions our answers
