Crank Rebuild

Where is the best place to have a 08 dragon crank rebuilt. had a rod bearing go bad and scuffed the piston also. Thinking on the "fix" kit when I rebuild. The pistons looked good other than what the bearing seizing did.

In Wyoming. Thinking SLP but wanted to know it anyone had and experience with anybody else. only like 2 hours out of UT

I would say SLP or contact IndyDan on the forum here.

I'll give SLP a call. I didnt think the cranks were a problem in these sleds. It had oil all over it, I guess stuff happens!!

I would call Indydan also and if you have SLP do it get any warranty they will give you in writing, that's IF they will give you any.

my crank went as well (08 dragon 2400 miles), connecting rod mag side If you would please let us know what they think was the problem. it looked to me that there was plenty of oil getting to the bearing.

Also lost the mag rod bearing on mine this spring. Toasted the cases as well.
