Crank problems? damaged case?

I can live with the top end problems, but......are there any complete engine failures? My warranty is up soon so....if there are crank problems i want to get rid of my 09 and get a 2010.

My 08 D7 had a piston break and it took out the cases so top end problems turned into bottom end problems in my situation.

I posted this a few days ago....now two failures....DAMN.....

when mine blew it took out the crank case also but mine was my fault getting it lean

Where are you located at in montana? It would be cool to get a polaris riding group out for a test and tunning forum ride. Everyone i ride with is on cat and doo or they have stock sleds.


It would be cool to try and help each other out in person and do some riding at the same time. Compare set ups in person. Test which components seem to work the best....ON THE HILL...and NOT on a dyno.
