Crank Came apart 2005 Fusion 900

Well...looks like I need a new crank and maybe a new case (from Indy Dan or direct from Polaris...haven't decided yet).

I wasn't driving hard at all when it happened. Actually, I had slowed right down and was in the process of turning 180 degrees on a hard packed trail when it happened (went down the wrong trail).

Anyone seen this before? Any idea why it came apart?

Do you think the cases are OK?

Ouch, not sure if cases can be saved or not.

Maybe time for a toughboy or extra bearing set up. IndyDan will know if it's worth chancing it.

never seen that before.... odd...i would send your cases and crank to indydan. might just need to be cleaned up and checked.
