I would have to agree with BigHoe.
Problem is, in order to do it right, you may as well buy a new/remanufactured crank.
By the time you replace all bearings, including rod bearings, you will be in it more or close to as much as a new one.
If you only replace outers, or only ones that feel bad, you are taking a chance IMO.
Inspect it, and run it I say.
I have over 5000 miles on my F-7 bottom end with no issues.
If you are unsure, replace it.
