Bummer 15 min into ride thought i blew a belt. Check Belt was good. Grabbed clutch little wobble at Crank seal. Ruined what could have been a good ride today.

I hear ya...I dropped my crank on the 23rd of feb as well. It's in s'toon right know getting checked. It was on the operating table this am when i called, I'll find out tomorrow what the damage is...besides a snapped crank. lol. Its a 03 sks 800...5300 miles on it and this is the first time motor has been cracked open. Cant complain I guess. What kind of sled is your 02?

2002 800, 156", Slp single pipe, Holzman Atacc, Boysen reeds, upgraded to new wiring harness for perc. TCP long Travel front suspension, Fabcraft billet splindles. Fabcraft Carbonfibre trailing arms. superLight MM seat. custom waste of a week steering post that works great. Rox 6-9 adjustable Riser. and some Billet idlers. Sled ran hard and very good shape. I had a feeling the last few rides this season that something was off, maybe a bit of vibration. Should have check crank in the fall. couldawouldshoulda:face-icon-small-dis

Its going back together, Just waiting for crank to come in. Crank broke in half right at conecting rod PTO side. and the outside pto bearing cage broke up and went up and took out a ring, Cyl and Pistons. So a lot of parts and cash and be rolling by next weekend. Maybe sell or part whole sled after done riding for this season prob two or three rides.

Hope you got a new case with your parts or are getting yours rebuilt with what happened to yours your case is shot if not replaced chances are good it will go down again soon
