cracked side panel 2012

Try plio grip made by valvoline made for plastic repair you can get it at automotive repair suppliers I picked up the larger size with caulk gun for some projects, but I believe you can get it is smaller self dispensing size that should go for about $30. I have not tried it on a panel yet but listed uses are for panel and bumper rear of TPO, TEO, PP, ABS and GTX i got the 3 minute work time they also make a 1 minute and 10 minute, sanding time on the 3 minute is 15 to 20 minutes and paint time is 30 minutes.

I have good luck with a product from Lords. It's their plastic fuser. I put some fine metal mess in the glue and have never had a crack re-open. The key to any plastic repair is prep. Rough up the surface to give the glue something to grip and have it clean, and you have a chance at a long time repair. You also need to drill a VERY small hole at each end of the crack, to stop it's growth. You can fill the hole with glue if you wish and it will still stop the growth.

Napa has a "flex bumper repair kit"(765-1540) it is a Balkamp product. It is made by Bondo/Mar-Hyde. Used it on Edge and D8 hoods but not on a Pro panel. Give it a try. Repairs TPO and PUR.
