So here is the deal.... Ran this set up on a highly modified cr500 engine that runs 100 octane about 6000 feet on an 2015 LT... That being said the more I read the more and more people say you need a lot of Tungsten balls for better clamping force.... I have 15 in currently anyone run all Tungsten???? Thoughts, theories, comments on this?

IE I was thinking coming up the trail is causing a lot more slipping because you are not on the pipe... this should stop that..

I can't answer your question but one of my worries going from the e-start KTM to the CR500 was kicking it but it hasn't been an issue for me. I blew up my groin playing hockey a few times so I was worried about kicking. Since adding the decomp its a non issue my bike starts super easy. So all that said I've never felt the need for a Rekluse setup, what are the real benefits I thought I would need to buy one but now why bother? Just curious.

So they are not a huge deal...' But reduces fatigue in a ride and my wife is use to one on her dirt bike... Technically the Snowbike is hers so whatever she wants to get her to ride. Also your clutch plates last freakin forever. On our ktm just changed the plates at 450 hours ... 6000 miles ....Not easy ones either ... Our 500 is ridiculously easy to kick with the porting job we got.... It is 300ish

Also in sticky situations it nice to not stall and have to kick the bike over on some weird angle in the steep trees ..

Ok it was like buying jewelry (They are pricey little things) but I got enough Tungsten to fill the clutch and take all the steel balls out.... This should make it much more aggressive but I think for the application it should work really well.... We will see.

So u ran 15 Tungstens and it wasnt good. I know that is the preferred dirt setup. In the snow u may need more. I have a new in box Z start which i never used. Never really felt the need thus far. I have it for sale. If it doesnt sell then i may try it out.

For me I ran 15 and it still seems like on my top end it does not lock out 100 percent ... So we will see I will play around with it this season more now that I will have the cooling dialed in...

U sure its not just out of the power band ?

We will see but if if they are using 15 on the first I would think I need substantially more in the snow along with the added power... It will be a test... Could be that I am use to the core now and that makes the z start feel crude

If its slipping the motor will rev like u pull the clutch. If u hit the gas does it rev quick w no forward drive?

Currently it's in a million pieces but I will do that test... I think it is not locking up 100 percent... You get forward drive but as you get from mid to top it seems like the power is not transferring right .. but I will update with what I find.. New top end is in tunnel cooler in Tss has shipped .. It is snow only so I need snow to test...
