CR Tunnel, does it come with rear bumper?

Like the thread says, does it come with the rear bumper or are you required to swap the stock one in?

Thanx

Cool. I thought they did, I know Chad was sending mine off to powdercoat this morning and we never discussed the bumper. I asked him today to be sure, he said "of course they do". Gonna be sick. 174'' straight cut, everything matte textured black, rivets and all:face-icon-small-win

I believe he has addressed the issue, I was also curious on this prior to my purchase and had the situation explained to me. I checked with a few guys who have ran the tunnels hard last season with no issues of peeling or flaking. Here is a brief rundown of how the issues have been rectified.

To shorten things up, we came to the conclusion that the router cutting of the tunnels would leave an oily film on the surface. These would get wiped down before assembly but the oily wood fibers from the table would still remain in the holes. The tunnels would then get assembled, sanded and shipped to the powder coater where they would dip them and wipe them down again. Next they would heat the tunnel in the oven to 350º which would make this oily wood residue sweat out from the rivet heads and spread over the surface. Without noticing any of this, the powder was applied and baked resulting in a poor bond around the seams and rivets. As of March 2010, we started to use chemicals and high flow water pressure to degrease every component that is router cut before any assembly or handling. On top of that we also prep it before it goes to the powder coaters by other means than sand blastng and the results have been very successful. As far as our transparent colored powder coats go, we do the same process before assembly, polish the tunnel, clean it with acetone, assemble and ship for powder coating. But unfortunately the powder coat over the polished surface doesn't bond as well and doesn't like to flex as much therefore we cannot warranty them despite how good they look.
