Which tunnel is better for the 2008 yamaha nytro mtx? Also will a 16 inch wide track fit under either of those tunnels?

I have absolutely no worthy technical info, but I agree with Sawyer, the CR looks better. Something about the VE just doesn't look right to me.

CR Racing

I don't have any experience with the VE tunnels, but I did install a CR Racing tunnel on my 08 nytro mtx. I was very impressed with the fit and finish!!! I'd highly recommend the CR tunnel.

CR hands down, best looking and all the holes lined up perfect on mine. not that it matters but cr is definatly a lighter tunnel as well. New running boards are increadible!

VE for the look, fit, finish and quality but those meadheads need to learn a thing or two about customer service. I was told 6-8 weeks and it took them 15 weeks to finish mine.

Had both, loved both. Can't go wrong with either one IMO. With the current exchange rate right now I'd send Chad my money again.

I was going to have Rob cut me a set of better boards for my CR, but with that hot 4 stroke coolant running through the board edge, I really don't need them. My CR is a pre-nosno tunnel.

CR is Slick and Sleek looking!
VE is Radical looking!
Pick what is appealing to you, both are great tunnels.

I would go with the CR tunnel. I installed two just a couple months ago. Fit and finish was impecable and they came predrilled for a real quick install. You would swear that they were OEM tunnels because of the fit.One was a krinkle coat black and the other was Polished ,and the finish was awesome.Under four hours to remove and install.(suspension extra time).Chad was excellent to deal with.I can't say enough good things about them.
The stronger US doller also helps out for those of you south of the border.

That looks wicked, the perfect combo VE and the E-Z RIDE. I have seen the suspension in other sleds but none with the VE tunnel. Lets see some more pics and lets see how the skid mounted in the tunnel.

cr the only way . 16"x162x2.5 tight fit on the side, you have to change to shorter rivets up front & on the back suspension brackets. if you want every advantage run the 16 . I had a 15" changed this year big difference in climbing . good luck in whatever you choose.
