CR intake on MCX RX-1

Anyone install the CR intake kit on the RX-1 MCX rear mount? Im thinking some cutting of turbo mount, removing the aluminum tube on the left so the rubber hose can exit, or does this kit not fit the RX-1. Anyone done this? Thanx.

I removed the aluminum tube, bought a piece of rad hose from Lordco or Napa that had 90 degree bend in it, then duplicated what CR sells by using ABS plumbing pipe. Then wrapped it with a K&N prefilter. Worked great and looked even better.
