cpc stage 2 bogging

Have a 09 m8 hcr with cpc stage 2 kit on it running 6-7 psi on pump gas at mostly 1000 to 2000 feet, have a cpc low comp head on it
Now to the sad part..
It has started to do most likely a "lean bog" after i comes of WOT and goes back on the throttle, sometimes it bogs so much that it will throw me over the bars.
It is bogging even at low rmps like 3500rpm and if i hear it sounds to go bad and a little lean i can kill it if i go WOT then.
its running like a god about 200-300 meters on full throttle and then its seems to lose much power almost like the clutches changes "gear" too fast but its not the problem..its the engine that looses power, and just when the skiis touches the ground the power comes back again and it runs perfekt. but when i let off the throttle then it starts bogging real much until it has stabilised.
Have checked the reeds and they looks just fine.
Have also new graphite muffler seals and springs and cant see no cracks or leaks at y-pipe or the pipe or something like that.
Have also tried to give the sled more fuel by the attitude box at green and yellow, have take it all the way up to step 8 and the problem still remains, but i have the green and yellow normally at 2.5 and that has worked just fine earlier.
The fuelpressuage is at 38 psi.
Beginning to run out of ideas now and begins to loose something else too (Hair..:face-icon-small-win), had a problem earlier that it boosted to much but now that is solved after i ported up the wastegate port in the turbine and changed the flapper valve to a bigger flapper.

Hope you guys have som thougts about this problem and oversees my bad englisch..:)

reeds

Any time you have bottom end issues almost always reeds.

Sorry did not read all.
Jack it up and see if the power valves are opening up.

sounds like it ciuld be over fueling

Like maybe secondary injecters maybe coming on to fast over fueling so as when you get out of its rich?

Try upping the blue red.

Kevin, no sec. injectors in a stage II kit. Red blue just changes the transition point from yellow to red on this sled.

If you are riding at 1000-2000 feet then your fuel pressure should be about 43 psi, maybe a little more. The instructions suggest 38 psi but Cutler tunes their sleds at 10,000 feet. I ride at 7000 feet and need to run 42 psi fuel pressure. I would run your red blue at 3.5 not higher as was suggested earlier.

Here are my numbers for 7000 feet
42 psi fuel
1.5 G
3 Y
6 R +/- use for fine adjustment of fuel
8 GB
3.5 RB
9 psi boost
50/50 av premium
About 1050-1070*F at WOT
12.3 AFR

With spring coming and warmer weather on the way, you will need to adjust your red value as the ambient temperature changes. For example, when I was riding in -15*C I needed my Red value at 8. When I was riding and the ambient temp was around +5*C my Red value needed to be around 3. Use the Red value to make your fine adjustments based on your AFR or EGT gauge readings. All of my other settings I left unchanged. I only needed to adjust my red setting.

I hope this helps.

sorry

Then what is a stage 1?
I guess I just assumed that it had secondary hence stage 2 my bad.

So I would check your clutching sounds like something like a weight could be hanging up. Secondary maybe cocking and binding.

Did run now don't what changed?

CPC has 3 kits....

Stage 1 pump, 8 psi boost
Stage 2 higher volume fuel pump and secondary clutch conversion, 10 psi boost
Stage 3 extra injectors, 18 psi boost

Boost numbers are as advertised but the stage 2 is capable of more.

Sorry to hear you’re having problems. When you get the bog can you see your attitude box to see what (of course you have to be able to read those little lights while your flyin over the bars) circuit your on? What are your AF and EGT #’s at WOT? 38 psi might be too low for that altitude, if fuel pressure is low your taking fuel out across all circuits. Something else to check, I had a similar problem to yours and it was the secondary clutch. If you pull the secondary clutch off and flip it around there are 9 bolts that hold the helix, mine broke 5 of the 9 and the helix was not aligned properly in the sheaves which pulled the motor down. Once it was building boost it wasn’t as apparent, problem is boost will hide stuff. Are you going through belts?

Have tried to run the engine without the attitudebox and its still bogging, and when the bog appears the box is on its first mode.
Have also tried to take up the fuelpressuage to 43 psi, wíth no result and have tried to run on 35 psi..runs best on 38 psi, maybe a little to rich on the low but nothing that is irritating.
The problem is wery appearing just after clutch angagement if i hold the throttle steady and a little brake, it will lean out and almost die, and as said earlier it doesnt getting any better by give it higher fuel pressuage, its just runs bad then(too rich).
