fit and finish?

I saw it at the show, fit and finish was okay. weight lost was in the 20's and cost was 10K.

 

[RACINSTATION]

We built a few of them in 2006-2007. We anticipated huge weight loss, but if you weigh the stock bulkhead and tunnel versus the Ti, it was only around 16 pounds of loss. A LOT of money and pain for the weight loss. The cost is about $10,000 or $7500 plus labor. The fit and finish is up to the builder. You get to do a lot of fit, cut, refit, cut, refit, cut install, then go to the other side and repeat repetitiously. I have a guy running one going on 3 years with a turbo and he loves it.

20 lbs? That's it? Total sled weight or just tunnel and bulkhead?

I lost over 20 lbs off my sled in the last couple months, and all it cost me was some excercise and watching the calories.

I had one

I had a turbo ds ti, full of full 458lbs. Lots of fun and tuff as s$!t. Regret getting rid if it. Been watching for one to come up again.
