Just finished my CPC M1000 turbo I have had it out a couple of times but just not getting the results I need. Running 7 lbs at 4000 to 6500 ft I almost have the settings at full throttle running at about 1072 give or take 10 deg. Its kicking my AZZ at 1/4 and 1/2 throttle heats up very fast its 1200 like right NOW! I have tried moving my yellow and green up but its just not doing it. Any Ideas?

seems like you need a reflash....

i have a Cutler TM8, it does the same thing, builds heat super fast if you hold it at 1/4 or 1/2 throttle, I asked about it and the response I got was "you have to constantly pump the throttle" So that's what I've been doing for the past year, it suck riding the roads to get to the back country but it's worth it to have the raw horsepower when you get there

Right now I am running Red 5, G/B 8, R/B, 5 yellow 3 and green 3. at 4500 to 5000 running 37 lbs fuel pressure. On the trail it sucks unless you are in and out of the throttle, pulling between 1050 and 1140 on full boost.

our local dealer runs a CPC M8 that flat rips, I would trade my 1000 for it :face-icon-small-dis. he has had very good luck, it heats up down the trail but not nearly as fast as my 1000. is board name AC188

I might try that whenI installed the kit I was instructed to lower the fuel pressure to tune the bottom end and it worked. I might try to bump it back up to 38.

Your talking about 1/4 to 1/2 throttle, increase your yellow. I would increase your fuel pressure to 40#. I have mine set at 41#, with green 1, yellow 1, and it's pretty clean and snappy on bottom end. I know its a different system than what you have, but it can't hurt to try. All the systems I've seen(only 4-5) seem to have the fuel pressure between 39-42#.

Increasing yellow makes it FAT FAT FAT and ya I have most my problems at 1/4 to 1/2 Are you running dual injectors? what elevation are you running at?

I'm running dual injectors between 5500-7000 feet.

Yellow, as you probably know, would be like adjusting the needle clip on your needle, which is your midrange, which is where you are having your issues.

Let us know if ya get it fugured out.

I think I have this thing figured out, had it out over the weekend and boy did she run cant wait to go to some big hills.

Tell us your secrets now:roll:

You tell me your secret I will tell you mine... lol How is that coming? When can I get my hands on it..

Kept my fuel pressure at 36 and bumped yellow up one half and the biggest change I made was ME I was so focused on keeping my temp below 1100 I was aways messing with stuff and in most cases made it worse as of now I am hitting that 1230 mark but only if I am tring to hold that 1/4 to 1/2 throttle. Just didnt know enough.

well, my tm1000 is back on the engine dyno and i'm tuning this week a push turbo system,as for cpc, we are finish fine tuning 0'-4000'......4000'TO 10 000' need fine tuning(will travel to b.c. mid to end of march with push turbo kit and cpc kit)

on another subject, i rode my hm turbo aero 66(with air to water intercooler) 100 miles yesterday from 0-3000' feet with original pure logic box on it and all i can say it is the fastest spooling turbo kit i have tested yet(12 lbs).Ran great all day but as usual, not clean from 1/4 to 3/4 throttle(one minute clean than fat, then lean...).....overall, pretty impressed with the set-up.
