I have an 05 RT1k and everyone says to get a temp gauge. is an egt or a water temp gauge more beneficial? also what about an Air/Fuel gauge? is anyone running those and are they even accurate or helpful with a sled? thanks!
A thermostat is more important than the temp gauge on the rt. egt readings are valuable especially when running pods, can, pipe and running an efi controller. i'd get every monitoring system you could squeeze on there for good measure. i'd rather pay half the price for a rebuild for good gauges.
