Could someone explain track pitch etc for me please

So on a stock 2006 polaris 700 i figured out i need a 121x 15 yrack (correct me if i. Am wrong) but i am finding difrent pitch numbers ect when searching for a used track to replace my beat up one.
Whatdo Ineed to belooking for ordoes it matter?

121 is the total lenth of your track if you took a tape mesure all the way around it.
Pitch is the distance between your track shaft sproket teeth. you can mesure this on the drive lugs on the track where the track shaft sproket rides.
