Cougar mountain/Smiths Ferry

Snowing up around Cougar mountain right now. Thinking about taking the girlfriend up tomorrow for her first ride of the season. Was wondering if anyone has been there in the last week or so and can comment on the conditions up in the play areas? Thank you in advance.

I can't comment on the play areas but they did their first grooming of the season yesterday. We have great, light snow in McCall this morning.

Went up for a few hours today. Snow was in great condition. 3-4 feet deep. good base with 5 inches of fresh on top. Could ride on it anywhere you wanted to go.
