Cottonwood conditions and road?

I am looking for a place to ride some where this weekend and was wondering what if that area got hit with the last storm? If not cottonwood where is the snow!

And did the road up to the top get any better? When we were up there last time I had to pull a broke snowmobile down and it was not a easy job pulling it over that much dirt and pavement.
