Costom vent inplace of Speedo & Tach

Was looking at the new Boss Highrise seat and noticed that the sled they have in their picture has, what looks like a custom vent in replacement of the Speedo and Tach.

I would like to do the same but need a bit of direction.

was thinking of using SLP Univeral Powder Snow Pre-Filters

Then to cover it I was thinking of using a screen from a stereo speaker.
For the frame i think i would just use aluminum and then powder coat it black.

Anyone have any better ideas?

Just use the pod filters the pop into place there I am running a pod in the speedo hole.

4" SLP vents fit in the tach and speedo holes, takes a little fitting to get them to fit in evenly, then a little silicone around the edges.

Yeah i was thinking of just doing the pods.
Are these the correct ones:

SLP Flow-Rite™ for Speedometer or Tachometer Hole

Ditto. Like I stated, they didn't just snap right in for me, had to doo a little grinding on openings, but not a hard job.:face-icon-small-win
