Im going to have the crank seals checked and repacked or replaced this summer to try and avoid a crank/total failure. What should I expect as a cost? What other maintenance should I be thinking about. 04 800 HO with 2100 miles on it.
Has had N20 run through it for around 800 miles. N20 has since been removed. Recently installed new top end. I swapped out a CPI single in favor of a stock pipe. (CPI for sale) Mech said the crank looks good now but I think Im getting close to the mileage where a crank failure may happen.
