My buddy has been running his Teth-Air for about 400 miles now. Here are the install pics if anybody is interested on installing one of these.

If you're not running a kill switch or a key, is there a way to shut off the sled via the "Teth Air" without parting company with the sled? Thanks

They are $299.00 and by putting your arm around your back and pushing the tag into your lower back or by completely covering the tag in any other way will shut down the sled. I can simply sit on my wrist to shut off the motor while on my sled.

So is there a chance that the sled could be accidently shut off if the tag is consumed in powder or blocked off by clothing or anything else?

Flying powder or your clothes are not dense enough to cause a problem. If your body comes between the tag and the receiver antenna, there may be the occasional shutdown. We will see this only when stopped and doing things like tying your boot laces or getting something out of your backpack etc. When you are doing serious riding, you hand is on the throttle and this puts the transmitter less than a foot from the receiver antenna so no problem.
