Copper Mountain Riding

Hey fellow riders, I was looking to get some input on Copper Mnt. riding area. I know it’s a ways out, but we are looking to ride the area around the first week in December and was hoping someone could fill us in on how snow conditions are and where to unload?

Reason we are going is for a company party and the majority will ski will we want to sled. We want to make sure it worth pulling the sleds out.

Any input would be appreciated.

snow conditions for december-who knows, last year it was terrible, year before it was great

where to unload- vail pass, very close to copper mountain-just west of there on the highway

Yep, VP is not far away at all (8 miles?). We usually ride VP before anything else and can be ridden into June some years (last year not counting). We often have to road ride in early December, but as paulharris stated, there are some excellent years.
