X2 on the xxxmodrods bought a set for my Pro and my M1100 put the ones on the M1100 since im still waiting to get the pro back but its a little time consuming but we did 2 sleds at once and have 4 more to do so we came up with a pretty good method.

I'm happy with my mo-flo vents. I found them to be the most amount of venting you can get for the price, got the full kit. Lots of other kits only sell them in pairs, and if you want lots of venting the $$$$ adds up quickly. In my opinion.

Also liked the WRP vents I had on my ski-doo before the pro.

You might want to check out Extreme air vents that's what I put on.
Strongest vents that I know of.
Aluminum screen with mesh over top of it !
As for shocks the best IMHO would be elka stage 5 shocks.
Pricey but worth it !

Vents

All of the manufactures are making great kits. I made all of my own vents, they are worth it IMO, 30 bucks in materials and I have enough to make about 8 vents or so.

I would highly recommend making/buying a vent and put it in your shock tower next to your primary. After I put one in, with just the sled running in the shop you can feel it pulling in air on the primary. I think that would be the most important vent a guy could have.

I would think the Blowhole would without a doubt be the best vent set up.

I agree to leave it as is, ran my 2011 turbo for years, (12 psi boost) no extra vents, never lost a belt or had any issues with it at all. Same with my friends slp stage 4. Proper clutching is more important to belt life than vents. If the sled is not overheating and the belt runs perfect why do you need a vent? IMHO

oh and Elka shocks

MTNTK Blowhole!!!!
Nothing else moves extra air by your clutches while you are riding.

I do a lot of surfing and laying my sled over in meadows carving tight donuts. When there is 2' of fresh I can smell my belt getting hot.Secondary is so hot you can't leave your hand on it.I vent the clutch area only on my 12 and now my 14.I did 4 vents this time 2 lower ones.1 just on top of primary and and exhaust vent right behind primary.First ride out without venting on my 14 163 I could smell the belt and not touch secondary, second ride out with venting I could put my hand on the secondary and leave it there.IMO they need clutch venting for my style of riding
