Cooler straightening, 2007 M1000, how???

Cut the bend out and weld it back together. Pressure test to +12 psi

How can you cut the bend out when most of the cooler curves. I would just make a new one or get one from Vanamburg.

As you said it would be much easier to buy than build, but I took the rear section off my MC and did it for nothing. And I know the M's coolers are different but its the same concept.
