Coolent Bottle Failure

Check your coolant bottle!!!! I was going over my sled before a ride and realised thet the loop that wraps around the aluminum frame broke right where it is riveted.. Seems like a pretty weak design or the plastic that polaris is using for the bottles becomes brittle after being hot and then cold over time..

Anyone else have theirs fail???

I used 2 zip ties to fix it and No doubt is stronger than it came from the factory..

Yes, some others have had the exact same issue, early on, fixed with zips. Zips before it breaks isn't a bad idea. Lots of vibes coming through the chassis, but the design and materials are not a good match. This will continue to be a problem, tho I'd bet the aftermarket will have some other preventive fix by end of summer.
