Cents I got my drive line sorted out no thanks to Cat good thing for the aftermarket .Thanks to EVO, OSP, and C3 all there parts worked just as they said .now the only thing I had trouble with is Cats piece of # coolant tank twice warranty did replace them o ya thanks for that CAT .now i would like to fix the problem is any buddy out there making a tank or doing something cool to fix it or do i have to lean how to weld plastic to ride a Cat .Do love the 1100t makes me smile all day long

Right now, you currently have three options: 1) Keep buying stock tanks, 2) Learn how to plastic weld, or 3) Contact JustBoostIt on the forum and have him weld up a new tank and ship it to you. I chose option #3.

mine failed so cat warantied it,I brought the new tank home and run oyer the seams with a weller soldering gun and a spoon tip using black zip ties for filler rod ,worked really well,but do it outside as its pretty smelly and smokey.I then litely sand blasted it and using 1'' strips of fibreglass cloth and fusor bumper repair,reinforced the whole seam.When dry I wrapped the whole entire tank with aluminum foil tank.Only had 2 spring rides on it but did run into low snow and snirt on the way up,sled got really hot but tank held.A bit off work but hopefully will hold.Mine is a 2012 but the new tank was identical.Cat really needs to improve this tank,or a good oportunity for the aftermarket to build one.btw I love my sled

split my last tank on the May long weekend running it hard back in eagles was hoping some one was making or going to make a tank .asked my cat dealer for a used one to cut it a part and see if any ideals came from it he didn't want to do that but like you said welder up

Sure is strange that no options out there- and Shipping as "Old Fart" said down is Is something I just might have to consider..Mmmmmmmm
