Anyone who has replaced this tank from HELL, could you give me some tips, or help on what all needs to come off to get to the tank. Feel free to throw out any suggestions for a way to seal the new one for extra peace of mind. This is on a XF 1100 T. It is not logistically possible to get to a dealer at the moment. And it SUCKS to keep pulling the hood to add coolant. THANKS SwampCat.

Pull spar that goes over top of it. Remove 36 hoses connected to it. 12V soldering gun to melt the top and bottom together all around the seam. Tested ours to 35lbs, cap is 16.
