Looking for a little help - just had my dealer install the PA head (only had very short test ride and it seems to rock) can't wait to really test it. But the problem is i just noticed some antifreeze on the floor under the sled as well level is after dropping twice on start ups and test ride a little and upon closer inspection it seems there is a leak on the back of the cylinder head near the top . They did use all new orings and seals etc. I did notice something though - if I'm correct the DET sensor is attached near the top of the cylinder close to the middle - is there another sensor right long side it?? Maybe the thermistor?? If so that sensor was not even hand tight - I got unscrew and tighten with my hand - could this be where the leak is? Or is that normal for that sensor?Appreciate any feedback - my dealer will fix but like to know as much as possible before returning!!!

leak

Yes, I beleive the DET sensor is the one that comes up and screws in from the bottom, the temp sensor is screwed in to the side real close to where the DET Sensor is. There should have been sealant or thread tape on that. If they didnt put tape/sealant back on it, it will likely be leaking and yes it should be more than finger tight!!

There is a temp sender and two npt pipe threads . Nothiing should be finger tight. Take a wrench and tighten it and you will be set. Let me know if you need help. Brad

Hey guys- thanks i would say that's the problem - combine this with the vibration of the motor and i would say it's seeping out around the sensor - Brad only got to do 5 miles on the setup in low snow but WOW looks like it's gonna be sweet!!!!!!!! Really fasr and awesome acceleration!!!!
