a buddy called me today and said his sled ( 06 RT 151 stock engine 2100 miles) he says it is losing a lot of coolant this year. he says it only leaks about 5 minutes after he starts riding it. he's visually inspected and can see nothing. i told him to pressurize the system, he fabed a setup and put 12 lbs in it and no leak. is there anything thats common that will leak under the engine, ie: water pump, chafing coolant lines, heat exchanger? he says no over heat light, engine doesn't feel excessively hot. he pulled the overflow line out and rode it and says no coolant is spewing from it. any educated opinions would be sincerely appreciated. thank you, snownman

I have a 05 RT and when I bought it, it had a leak as well and it turned out it was the front cooler. I have heard that this is fairly common and could be a cause. If it only leaks cold could it possibly be just a hose clamp it a little loose but then it seals once the hose is warm. Also when I found my leak I think I put in a lot more pressure than that. Hope this helps and does it leave a puddle when warm?
