coolant issue

been this way since new,, no leaks visible , except for traces left in over flow tube, i have to add a couple oz every other ride , sled normally runs 124 and the highest might get to 145 during a ride ,expansion area in the tank is pretty small,, , how are every ones else, is this normal

Sounds like you are leaking compression past a head o-ring into the coolant system (pressurizes the system and forces coolant out of the overflow). Have seen it before - I would start there (check the head for warpage and the o-rings).

been this way since day one , no smell from the pipe , have pressure tested over night , held 10 psi fine new cap was better ,but still happens, watch resivor with cap off to 3500 rpm no bubbles, cant see it to be a head oring

does not sound like it for sure - but the one we had in our group that did it wouldn't show the issue unless it was good and hot - usually wouldn't happen unless we were running the trail hitting high temps (150 ish). His ended up being the head, it was slightly warped (brand new sled as well). His did not seem to be getting coolant into the cylinders either, just compression stroke was leaking some past the orings pressurizing the coolant system. Dealer ended up shaving the head a few thousandths to fix the issue.
