winterhawk outfitters of colorado has footage of a cow getting so close she put her head on the hunters shoulder and freaked. thats the best footage ive seen. not sure where to find it though cause i lost the dvd. its on the dvds they send out to interested hunters.

The guy sitting there when the bull went by's name is Chad Hymus he's a quadrapolegic who does motivational speeches now, that vid was taken before season opened. Very kewl dewd who had a world of chit dumped on him and came out of it with a great positive outlook.

had a buddy call a bull in the breaks and come in like that, bull decided to tear up the juniper bush he was behind, then turned and went away, never got a clean line to stick em'

Had a similar thing happen yrs ago calling in the elk during archery, only it was a BIG ***GIN MOOSE that ran within 5' of my head Scared the he!! out of me and the wife, I drew the .44 mag, and was ready for war. Moose ran off and I was left to clean the shorts out later.

Sweet vid, I called in a bull for my pops my senior year that did that, came in so hot and fast and stopped on the other side of the tree he was on during the archery season. Gota love rutting bulls.

I've had that happen to me several times, once the bull dripped his snot on me, he was that close, and did not get a shot off. I can understand the joy and excitement that feller did, cause I walked back to camp each time with a huge smile on my face and a great feeling inside.

I actually had a cow sniffing my boot once. I laid down in the brush cause her and a calf were coming towards me. She got right to my boot sniffed, looked right at me and freaked out. Really cool

I guided a muzzle loader hunter who shot one we called in trying to run over us that had powder burns on his chest!
They look bigger in person.
