Converting Switchback to RMK - cow to stallion?

Hi crowd!
I have outgrown 136 / 1.25 track and coupled suspension of Switchback, so this summer i want to convert it into something bigger. Closest size is 144. So my goal is to get 144X2X15 track installed, and uncouple rear suspension. Any advise on the best way to do it? i would really appreciate ANY input.

Would need new mounting locations for the RMK skid. If you ride hard then just extend the skid with extensions, install a longer 12.5" front skid shock and limiters out. Remove coupling blocks, or at least front ones and next heavier torsion springs. Your skid will be fully extended and go thru deep snow better. Sly dog or SLP skis up front.

i am not replacing skid, just track. figured out 144/15/2 track, gear down from 25/41 to 20/41 and 76 chain. Uncoupling: still dunno what to do - rear arm is WIDER than rails, and will hit rails if coupling block is removed.

Get ahold of me O have a 08 with every custom mos you could think of ... Has a 144 1.75.. Z bros front.. Narrow front plastics.. 8 inch idlers .. ice age 144 rails not extensions with a vanamburg bumper tunnel extension ..

Finished this project - tracks usa rails extension, no tunnel extension. Ended up with welding rear pivot arm brackets to make it narrower and fit between rails. As well, cut RTA and shaft to fit new size of rear pivot arm. The trick was to narrow RTA-pivot arm joint, but leave it wide enough to let it still work with pivot arm bumpers (couplers). Have removed RRSS, but left FRSS in place to prevent of RTA from going too far front. If it will not work or work bad without RRSS, i still can put it back.
Anything i can do more for uncoupling?
