cone filters on 2000 700

am i going to have any problems with cone filters, i have seen that people are having problems with the timbersled kit on the new sleds. ever since i put the vforce on the air box is a pain in my a$$. now that i am having carb problems i don't want to keep taking it out.

until i get the carbs figured out i would rather suck warm air than wasting an hour each time i have to take the air box in and out.

Have you cut a piece out of your console it make installing the airbox much easier? You can run the pods, I had a friend that had pods on his 2000 700 and there was no problems. His sled wasnt stock either.

Also if you run the cones the sensor in the airbox needs to be removed from the airbox and plugged back in, It wont run right if it is not connected.

Cutting about 1/4" or so off of the carb flanges helps with the airbox install.
