i have been musing this over for awhile... that being i believe they want the dollar to tank and by implication of that they are hoping for chaos... remember 'never let a good crisis go to waste'!

If this is what Beck played on his radio show with their anti-capitalist crap, it was chilling. (Ironic that Soros made his money from capitalism - what a moron).

We just got back from hearing Sheriff Mack again and he took us through Article 1, Section 8 and the 10th Amendment and proved state sovereignty by that and by Scalia's published opinion when Sheriffs Mack and Printz sued the Clintons about the Brady Bill and won at the Supreme Court. Scalia quoted James Madison a lot and it was really compelling. I'm going to try to find Scalia's paper on the net. Of course Judge Stevens had a dissenting opinion and said we should trust gvt to make decisions for us.

It's very clear that the state govt is to protect us from Fed incursion. They're supposed to be checks and balances. Boy have we been asleep at the switch for a long time. Rob Natelson said this has been going on for decades.

He also said health care is unconstitutional (which we knew - among a couple thousand other things)

We were talking about it on the way home and the hub said for every dollar us Montanans pay, the Fed apparently gives us 1.20, so if our illustrious governor said screw you to health care, of course the Fed would say "we're cutting off all your funding" and we'd say "go for it, we can take care of ourselves" and then we'd obviously also stop paying into the system. Apparently the IRS is unconstitutional as well and Mack can't wait for some sheriff who has the balls to arrest one of them. So we'd lose 20 cents on the dollar, but we're self sufficient. Thanks to the previous governor we are the only state besides ND (I think) to have a surplus (that's quickly dwindling with the current clowns). Course BS won't do that unless things got horrible, but there's always Texas or Alaska (oh, wait Palin's not there anymore).
