Looking at "EnGenius ERG 9250 Range Extender"

I have a "Ubee" Wireless router/modem which works great everywhere inside the house, but I want to reach the Man Cave.

Computer wise, I am dumber than a boot full of piss, so please advise!

At the shop at work, I can get the wireless reception from the house in the steel work shop 200' away if I put the window inline.
Don't know if that helps ya.

Run a cat 5 cable and have a hard line connection.

If possible I would prefer the flexibility of wifi as I spend time in the shop down below the man cave and also want to use netbook on couch or bar etc
