Companies that hire out drivers/semi's on a monthly basis?

Just wondering what the options are for hiring a driver & semi on a monthly basis? I see companies like Ryder and Penske rent out tractor/trailer for around $600 a week (plus mileage) with no driver. Anyone know of a company that offers the complete package (driver, semi, insurance) all rolled into one? Or does anyone on here do this for a living?

I may be able to hook you up on this. I'll call you tomorrow. BTW you can Call Hatfield Enterprise, Systems-TWT, Rees and there are a few others. I have a driver if you can get the truck. Also a good friend of mines father in law is a long hauler and owns his personal rig so I can call him tomorrow.
