What are your thoughts on allot of the commodity prices starting to fall???

Do you think in the long run it will help with putting prices back in check to were they should be and help the prices of products fall as well??

Seems even when things were starting to fall off track the prices of Oil and everything will still sky high so everything was way off balance. I was just hoping that in time prices of most things will start to drop but maybe I am wrong.

dont really know what to think as of now.. with the stock market and oil prices.. and our new pres... going to be interesting in the next 4 months for sure

p.s. you have pm on the way

I don't think I have to worry much on the guns and ammo for a wile things will have to get allot worse. Right now life is to short for me to dwel on the doom and gloom so I tend to look on the bright side of things.

I think there is light at the end of the tunnel just not sure how far away it is yet.

Last years prices were incredible but brought on by a worldwide short crop in all the commodities. Everyone wanted to cash in on the gravytrain this year and planted fencerow to fencerow. I think next years crop in all the big 3 will be down alot because inputs were so high, fert so high so I'll scimp, one less operation over to save the$3.60 farm fuel, spray is so high I'll skip this year. Here in WA state it was dry (2'' from Jan1 to Aug 1 where I live) I cut back and I'm sure others did too. From what I've seen the midwest had bad weather with low yields and poor quality also. The EU had a large crop but it is mostly feed quality. Australia and Argentina both were dry and now are getting rain during harvest. Pakistan has a 40% reduction in available irrigation and there farmers used 50% less fert. We should be headed towards another hand to mouth year with soaring prices again. China, who knows.

That said if your country is about to go bunko and can't get credit they can't buy the commodity. That is until the poor start rioting because they don't have enough to eat.

Did I answer your question? It has to go up but who knows how far. It got away from big brother last year but they will be trying to control it all they can.

Sweet dreams!

Steve
