I think the Avalanche makes a coaching change in the near future. 3 or last 4years not in the playoffs and the team continues to struggle. Defense from forwards non existent and just lost again at home today 6 to 4 to division rival Minnesota.

I actually like Saco and the Avalanche is the youngest team in the league and Duchene and Landescog are two of the NHL's best players. Ownership and GM are inconsistent with making only a few free agent moves in the offseason and not doing enough to unload high cost low production players like Heduk and Stastny. The O'Rielly signing was strange. My guess is Saco is the fall guy.

GO AVALANCE. SNAP OUT OF IT

I think management will give him enough rope for the rest of the season to hang himself. No problem filling seats in this short season.

Wish Hejduk would've retired a couple years ago. Great career, but held on too long.

Hard to watch right now.

General manager likely to follow next. I bet the head coach at Yale University will be considered as a candidate for the job. Phil Hously too.

Well we knew it was coming. Now if we only knew which stock was going to go from a dollar to a hundred. :face-icon-small-ton

Housley, Ruff, hell any ex-Sabre suits me. :face-icon-small-coo

I'm taking anyone but Chicago to win the cup.

Seth Jones it will be. Jones along with Johnson will give them two nice big strong D. Now if they could just unload Stastny.

Things are starting to happen. Today Joe Sakic was named VP of hockey operations. Stay tuned
