I installed a out ov hood cold air intake on my 10 m8 with cutler kit at 7-8 pounds. Will I need to ad more weight to primary u think? Filter was under hood before and wud get bad heat soak.

You would only need to add more grams to your clutch weights if you were over revving the motor just after start up before you installed the cold air intake(engine was receiving cold air). Also, try adding more venting to cool the engine compartment. Dropping snow on the engine by the engine temp sensor after a long pull helps. I had an increase throttle response, colder charge tube temps, greater consistency in power, less heat soak.
