I have seen your work on the Nytro and it looks great! I think that there is power to be had taking this avenue, but with this Cat engine it is too easy to get up to 250HP for a really reasonable price and not have to crack the motor open. Most of us are mountain riders and won't need it. The guys that are drag racing and trying to squeeze it up to 500+ HP will be doing this sort of mod, but they will have the engine on the bench every few races making sure everything is tight and right.
The thing I noticed with the Yamaha was that we had to do a lot of cam work and head shims, this had us inside the engine already and so there were a few guys that would spring the extra $$ for the head porting while we were in there.
